The pool bottom has come off in many areas and will begin leaking and cause injuries if not fixed. We have bids in hand for $20-$30k and are working to get others from reputable companies. It can be patched for less, but will likely continue to come off in others places so that would only be a temporary bandaid if funds cannot be raised.

If funds allow, it would be a good idea to do some maintenance on the piping in the pump room, replace exterior lights, spruce up the kitchen and things such as that. (Sorry, i've tried and tried to update the image to the right but it won't cooperate.)
