Kings Grant has, since it's inception, been an incredible neighborhood community. So many have spent many years, many relationships and many dollars investing in the neighborhood. We hope to keep that long standing tradition in place for future generations. Please help us keep our best foot forward by being a great neighbor and continuing membership in this voluntary club. There are many ideas of how to make the front entrance inviting and safe but we can only do such by your continued support. Help us help you maintain your property values and safety!

Residents of Kings Grant Forest may join as full fledged members and carry a vote at the Annual Board Meetings.

Persons living outside KGF subdivision, which includes Vernlyn Drive, may join as Associate Members. We are limited by the IRS on how many Associate Members we may accept, so make sure to join early!

Annual Memberships run from June 1 to May 31. Memberships may be purchased at any time of year but they all expire May 31.

Once your application is processed you will receive whichever you choose: a digital Quickbooks invoice via email or the address at which you may drop off your check.

Once your payment is processed, the treasurer will email or text you the location to pick up your key. As we are all volunteers, this may change depending on who is available at the time of your joining. Because we are all volunteers, there is very little chance we can get you the key the same day. Please don't ask; but, respect our time.
